We have yet to determine the specific work times for the day of so stay tuned for announcements!  ​

 Before You Start:
All volunteers must check in at the volunteer tent, sign a waiver, and get a quick overview before heading out. Minors will need a guardian present to sign for them.

 What to Expect:
Island Trails Network will have all the tools and gloves you’ll need—no experience necessary! Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome.

If you want to volunteer but you are not sure if you can hike up Heitman, you can always support the crew by baking goodies. 

 What to Bring:

• A water bottle

• Clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty

• Your trail-loving spirit!

 Flexible Participation

Can’t stay the whole time? No problem! Volunteers are welcome to arrive and leave at any time during the event.

 Perks:
We’ll keep you fueled with light snacks, water, and plenty of good company—and you’ll leave with a sense of pride and belonging, knowing you helped make a trail better so we can all enjoy it for years to come!
