If you support our mission, become a member of Island Trails Network!  Your membership contribution is good for the current calendar year, and helps us to build, maintain and promote trails in your neighborhood and across the islands.  With an Island Trails Network membership you can

  • Be a part of a high-performance team engaged in trail building, re-routing or environmental restoration.

  • Be the first to hear about local outdoor events and trails in the news through our website and interactive forum.

  • Help keep Kodiak fit and healthy by supporting wilderness recreation activities and infrastructure.

Levels of Membership

We have varying levels membership depending on the size of your family or organization, each one corresponds to the summit elevation of one of Kodiak's majestic peaks.  They are:



Pillar Mountain (1270') for students - $15 per year
Barometer Mountain (2506') for individuals - $25 per year
Pyramid Mountain (2420') for individuals and families - $35 per year
Sharatin Mountain (2869') for individuals, families and businesses - $100 per year
Center Mountain (3366') for individuals, families and businesses - $750 per year
Koniag Peak (4470') for individuals, families and businesses - $2000 per year

We are organized as a non-profit corporation under Alaska statute10.20.011, and are also recognized by the IRS as a 501(c) 3 non-profit.  Donations to ITN may be tax-deductible.  By request, we will provide a receipt for your donation.  You may also wish to print a copy of our 501 (c)3  certification.
